Most orders (spore prints, spore swabs, agar tubes and syringes) are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, often the same or next business day if placed before our cutoff time of 4:30PM eastern time, Monday-Friday. We ship via USPS or similar discreet services. International orders may take longer due to customs.

No. Our spores and cultures are sold strictly for microscopy and taxonomic research purposes. We do not endorse or provide instructions for cultivation, as legality depends on your local laws. Check your regulations before ordering.

Domestic US shipping typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the method (First Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority). Expect 5-7 days on average for standard options. International shipping can take 1-4 weeks. We provide tracking when available. Weather extremes may play a role. 

Live agar plate cultures require fresh preparation to ensure viability, so they may take 3-7 business days (or up to 2 weeks in busy periods) to process before shipping. Some rare cases up to 3 weeks. We will keep you updated by email. Plates are mostly colonized or actively growing when shipped and should be used soon after arrival for best results.

Refrigerate them immediately (around 4°C / 39°F) in their sealed packaging. Properly stored plate cultures can last 3-6 months, though we recommend using them within 1-2 months for optimal mycelium health. Avoid freezing.

We use sterile techniques and protective packaging. If there's an issue (rare, but possible with live cultures), contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We may offer replacements or refunds per our policy for verified problems. 

Yes, to many countries where legal. However, some destinations have strict import rules on biological materials. You are responsible for any customs fees, delays, or seizures. We cannot guarantee delivery in all regions.
 

They typically remain viable for 6-24 months when stored in a cool, dark place. Prints last even longer, often years. Agar plates and tubes have a shorter window once received.

We accept Cash app, PayPal, Zelle, Wise and Cryptocurrency, Also sometimes money orders for privacy. All transactions are secure.

Yes. Packages are plain and unlabeled regarding contents. Tracking is provided for most orders.
